Abstract

The Sociological Teaching journal launches its first edition of 2024 with two articles, a book review, and an interview, discussing various aspects of Sociology teaching in Brazil. This edition provides an important opportunity to understand the country’s developments in this field, especially after the enactment of Law No. 11,684 of 2008, which made Sociology a mandatory subject in high school education.
