About the Journal

AIMS AND SCOPE

The Sociological Teaching Journal publishes original, generally unpublished, articles of relevance to the sociology teaching field that aim to make a theoretical, methodological and empirical contribution to these areas of knowledge. Sociological Teaching accepts submissions in English and other languages at the discretion of the Editorial Team, which may be published in their original language, as long as they are also transcribed into English. The following categories of work can be published in the format of:

1. Articles: conceptual and practical analyses and discussions of sociology teaching;

2. Reports on teaching experiences: texts produced from teaching experience in
Sociology in Primary Education, Higher Education or Postgraduate Studies;

3. Reviews: covering books on the teaching of Sociology published in the last three years.

4. Interviews: with researchers and sociology teachers/professors with extensive experience in the field of sociology.
